Her expertise encompasses business transformation, strategic program and project management, PMO leadership, mergers and acquisitions integration, organizational change, and operational improvement. Throughout her career, Erica has partnered with senior executives to translate complex business strategies into actionable plans, strengthen governance, optimize business processes, manage enterprise risk, and drive measurable business outcomes.
